Michelle Powers
InstaRedact was started by Michelle Powers. She lived through non-consensual intimate image abuse and refused to stay silent or powerless. She taught herself how to trace where images spread, file effective takedowns, and work with platforms until her own situation turned around. That experience became a mission: to hand the same clarity and leverage to anyone else facing the same fear.
Our mission
InstaRedact exists to give individuals practical control over where their face and personal photos appear online. We build privacy tooling that is easy enough for anyone to use, while still powerful enough to handle large-scale discovery and removal.
What we believe
